To Keep the Nut from Falling

On a branch, a small squirrel held a tiny nut.
The light stayed close to it,
gently swaying as if to keep the nut from falling.

枝の上に、小さな影があった。
その手に、ひとつの実。
光はそっと寄り添い、
落ちそうな実を見守るように揺れていた。
